Bread Exchange x Design Hotels

It is not the first time that I am trading Bread with Design Hotels (Hall 9, Stand 312). Their former director of consumer marketing was bartering with me already 2011, long before any other company approached me. This time I was not baking for the Design Hotels team, but for their guests.

It was interesting to discuss my concept with people that consider hospitality daily. It is always rewarding to talk to people that understand the importance of a genuine story.

I will have three further breads to trade today. All at #ITB_Berlin

In the taxi back home from the Event I left the bread I did not manage to give to @VisitSwedenDE with the Taxi driver. Funny enough he happened to be a carpenter from Turkey. His name was Ali. As I was about to walk up to my house he looked concerned at my bread board which is slowly falling apart and offered me to take it home and repair it.

I love this board. It was a gift from a friend who bought it from an old old Bakery that had to close in Saxony. So thank you Ali.
