    Try Scratch in Brooklyn, or, even better – Natural Gourmet Institute in the city – I graduated from the institute in 2007, Elliott Prag was my instructor, they could be open to having you there, maybe even for a demo. Good luck! And hope to trade with you in Berlin soon. 🙂
