Vad är det för surdeg du använder?
Hej Anna,
Det är en rätt vanlig surdeg av vete. Startad med rabarber och äpple för snart 5 år sedan. Sen har jag en lite mer nostalgisk surdeg som jag startade i Sinai när jag var där och red i öknen 🙂
